     He was originally an exclusive item only at the Dolls Party 27 event site, however there were only a few cancellations there, so it means our number will be extremely limited, and so we will hold a lottery for him. We are sorry to our avid web customers that we will not be able to offer him through our web store, but don’t be disappointed!

The Volks USA Members Pre-Order for SDGou Yukinojo Sawaragi has also started, and is from May 6th at 11:00am PST until May 26th at 6:00pm PST.

Agreement Upon Entry

1. Applications will be accepted from:

May 6th at 11:00am PST until May 9th at 11:00am PST

2. During the entry period, click the order button of the Dolls Party 27 Limited Items you want to purchase.
We cannot accept orders for additional items along with Web Dolpa 27 orders. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.

Each customer may enter once for each item. If we notice several entries for one item purchased by the same person, we will cancel the entire order of that person.

3. The payment option is credit card payment (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER) only.
We cannot accept other methods such as layaways, money orders, personal checks, etc.

4. Check out your order, and fill out your information, including your credit card information.
You might see the cost shown on the screen but it will not be charged at this time. In some instances, your bank may place an authorization hold for the total on the card; however, the funds are not actually withdrawn until you have won the lottery and the transaction is completed.

Only the lottery winners will be charged.

5. We are planning to contact the winners of the lottery around the end of May by e-mail only. We will also delete the orders of the other applicants to make sure that they will not be charged.

6. Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes in the order at all including shipping address, credit card information, receiver’s name or cancellation of the order.

7. Items will be delivered approximately in August 2012.

Instructions for customers who will come in person to Tenshi-no-Sumika in LA for this new item release:

Because of concern for safety issues, we will be organizing a line by lottery for this release.

1 Please line up out front at 10:30 AM. At 10:30AM sharp we will begin. Please do not be late.
2 You will blind draw a slip of paper with a number assignment.
3 We will then organize the line according to the number which is written on your slip.
4 At 11:00AM we will let in customers who are in the organized line. Customers will be let onto the floor by threes (3) as usual.

*Only customers who intend to shop may draw a lottery slip. If you have friends or relatives with you who have no intention of shopping, we will let them into the store after the organized customer line has entered.
*Customers who arrive after the lottery time of 10:30 will be let inside after the organized customer line.
